It has come to our notice that certain unauthorized individuals are approaching companies, claiming to offer table spaces or exhibition stalls for Gifts World Expo 2026, and requesting payments to personal bank accounts or UPI IDs.
Please note:
* MEX Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd. and Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India Pvt. Ltd. do not authorize any individual to collect payments in personal bank accounts or personal UPI IDs.
* All exhibitor bookings are confirmed only through our official sales team and against valid company invoices.
* All payments must be made only to the official bank accounts of MEX Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd. or Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India Pvt. Ltd., as specified on the invoice.
* We strongly advise all exhibitors to verify the authenticity of any booking request before making any payment.
* Any payment made to an unauthorized individual or personal account will be solely at the payer’s risk.
If you receive any suspicious calls, emails, messages, or payment requests, please contact our official sales team immediately for verification before proceeding with any payment.
Registration counters will close 30 minutes prior to the exhibition closing time.
