Application Steps

  • Apply:
    Fill out the Hosted Buyer Program registration form.
  • Approval Process:
    After screening the profile, buyers will receive a confirmation email requesting their flight itineraries and travel dates. Upon approval, selected buyers will be informed about the hotel details by our travel desk team.
  • Schedule:
    Pre-select exhibitors and schedule meetings in advance.
  • Attend:
    Meet exhibitors according to the pre-arranged schedule.
  • Benefit:
    Enjoy complimentary accommodation with food and beverage (F&B) benefits at the show, based on the number of meetings completed.
