The second edition of Gifts World Expo Kolkata concluded successfully at Biswa Bangla Mela Prangan (Milan Mela), Kolkata, from 17 to 19 April 2025. Organised by MEX Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd., the show reaffirmed its status as Eastern India’s leading exhibition on gifting and promotional solutions, drawing notable participation from across the country.
This year’s edition brought together over 125 exhibitors and more than 600 top brands under one roof, showcasing over 6000 products. The event welcomed 7679 business visitors, including corporate buyers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and gifting professionals, all converging to explore new trends, sourcing opportunities, and meaningful business collaborations.
The inaugural ceremony was led by distinguished dignitaries including Shri Kunj Bihari Agarwala, Managing Director of Rupa & Company; Shri Sushil Poddar, President of the Confederation of West Bengal Trade Association (CWBTA); Shri Anil Poddar, Director of ADGIFTS; Shri Debdoot Mukherjee, Deputy Director at the National Jute Board; along with Mr. Gaurav Juneja and Ms. Himani Gulati, Directors at MEX Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd.
The show floor featured diverse gifting categories catering to every sector and budget. From customised gifts and promotional products to beauty, health & wellness gifts, gourmet hampers, electronic gadgets & home appliances, awards & rewards, handicrafts, home décor & furnishings, houseware & kitchen appliances, stationery & office supplies, innovative gifting boxes, premium gifts including gold & silver gifts, luxury gifts & lifestyle products, custom branding machinery, and wedding & celebration gifts—visitors had access to an unmatched selection of innovative offerings to meet evolving consumer and business demands.
The expo attracted exhibitors and buyers from Kolkata, Howrah, Bardhaman, Bhubaneswar, Dhanbad, Durgapur, Hooghly, Jamshedpur, Mumbai, New Delhi, Patna, and Chennai, among others, showcasing the pan-India relevance of the show.
